For example, if the brand management team does not speak to supply chain on a daily basis to provide inventory updates on Amazon, the likelihood of products going out of stock grows -- and can impact your Amazon revenue for months. Trade teams need to work with Research & Development to keep products coming out, and coordinate with Brand Management to launch campaigns across channels. As ecommerce grows, brands need to break through traditional team silos and come together to maximize impact across the digital world.
