$38 Million Dollars in R&D Innovation and Global Expansion of Customer Success Team Drives Increased Customer Investments in Salsify PXM Platform
BOSTON, January 31, 2024 — Salsify, the Product Experience Management (PXM) platform empowering brand manufacturers, distributors, and retailers to win on the digital shelf, today announced a year of growth driven by the business value created by its customers using Salsify. In 2023, 70,000 Salsify PXM users in 140 countries used 365 million automated workflow tasks to help publish 740 million products across more than 950 destinations worldwide with maximum efficiency and performance impact.
In addition, Salsify was recognized as a “Leader” in the latest PIM market evaluation, “The Forrester Wave™: Product Information Management, Q4 2023” which stated, “Salsify delivers on the promise of better product performance on commerce touchpoints. Salsify’s vision centers on mastering multichannel data management, automation, and AI.”
The company’s technology leadership was underscored by its acceptance into the MACH Alliance in 2023, validating the company’s future-proof, open, and supplier-friendly software.
