    White-Label Products

White-label products are generic items that a manufacturer produces and then various retailers sell under their own brands.

    What Are White-Label Products?

At their core, white-label products require collaboration between multiple brands. In this model, one brand or manufacturer produces an item, and then various retailers sell the item under their own brand name or store.

The health and wellness industry commonly uses this model. A manufacturer will produce a generic version of a medication, vitamin, or supplement, and then various health organizations or stores — such as CVS, Walgreens, or grocery store pharmacies — will sell the item under their own unique branding.

The white-label product model allows brands to control their own pricing and boost their reputation and trust with customers.
