    Loyalty programs reward customers for making purchases, referring friends, or otherwise engaging with a business. Customers use their loyalty card — which often comes with a unique identifier card — at the point-of-sale (POS) or other locations to generate rewards. Loyalty card integration occurs when brands enable customers to embed their loyalty card into their website or ecommerce account, allowing for a faster and more integrated payment process. With loyalty card integration, customers can simply log into their brand account to make a purchase, for example. At the point-of-sale (POS), the system will automatically connect the purchase with the customer's loyalty account, giving them points or rewards for their purchase.
